PROBLEM
The odors in most public restrooms are controlled by the use of odor
masking agents such as scented urinal deodorant blocks. These methods
conceal odors temporarily. Sometimes they also make the problem more
difficult to solve by preventing the removal of the cause of the odor.
SOLUTION
ODOR ZYME is a bio-catalytic formulation containing natural enzymes, 6
different enzyme-producing microbial strains, and a pleasing scent. Odor
Zyme eliminates urine odors and other unpleasant odors by digesting the
cause of the odors, not masking. Regular use of odor Zyme will eliminate
the need for using temporarily effective odor masking agents.
ODOR ZYME also eliminates odors from feces, spoiled food,
and vomit. It is safe for tile, wood, vinyl, porcelain, concrete, metal,
painted surfaces and most fabrics. ODOR ZYME is safe for plumbing
(including septic systems) and contains no acids or caustics. It is
certified biodegradable by Scientific Certification Systems (Green Cross).
Directions For Use
Initial: Restrooms, Toilets & Urinals: Spray surface of commodes, urinals,
floors and walls with heavy mist daily for several days to get odors under
control. Add 3 to 4 ounces to each wash basin and urinal drain. Apply at
closing or just before the period of lowest flow.
Carpeting: Saturate the surface with a heavy mist. Use
brush to work in. Severe odor may take several days of regular treatment.
Maintenance:
DISCONTINUE THE USE OF DEODORANT BLOCKS AND HARSH CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS IN
URINALS AND WASH BASINS. Failure to do this will
counteract the bacteria and eliminate enzyme effectiveness. Spray surfaces
weekly. Apply 1 to 2 ounces of Odor Zyme to each urinal and sink weekly.
Add 1/2 to 1 cup of warm water (not hot) to drain and flush Odor Zyme into
the drain. Treat just before closing time or during period of lowest use
if the facility is operated 24 hours a day.
STORAGE AND HANDLING: Store at room
temperature. Shelf life is greater than 1 year if stored properly. Wash
hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water after handling.
